Swaddle

We recently freed J from her swaddle at nighttime.  The result is hilarious.  Her newfound freedom has gone to her head, clearly, as she now sleeps in any and every position other than on "on her back, regular."

I'm seriously a little worried about her neck.  I mean what is this?:
